Bullet Question: How much will it cost?
  Answer:

Fees vary according to the length of a contract and the type of work we are doing.

As a guide, our fees for one day’s training or consultancy start at £775 plus VAT. Some services are at lower rates, eg first-aid training and fire prevention courses. Discounts are also available to clients subscribing to our Appointed Safety Advisor Service.

Our quoted fee always includes all expenses unless stated to the contrary. Unavoidable extras are charged at cost, eg exam registration fees and laboratory analysis.

We will always let you know the cost before you commit yourself.

   
Bullet Question: What part of the country do you cover?
  Answer: We cover all of mainland UK and the Channel Isles. By special arrangement, we can also work elsewhere in Europe or beyond.
   
Bullet Question: What qualifications do your consultants have?
  Answer:

We will use a consultant with the appropriate qualification for the job. The safety-related qualifications and memberships held by various members of own staff include:

University degrees (Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Philosophy & Psychology)

Bullet Registered Safety Practitioner
Bullet Registered Expert Witness
Bullet Corporate membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (either as Fellow or Member)
Bullet Corporate membership of the Royal Society of Health (either as Fellow or Member)
Bullet Corporate membership of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management
Bullet Safety Management Diplomas (NEBOSH, Aston University and British Safety Council)
Bullet Corporate or Licentiate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
   
Bullet Question: What insurance do you carry?
  Answer: We carry all the necessary business insurances. These include employer’s liability cover (£10 million), public liability (unlimited in total) and professional indemnity (£1 million per annum). There has never been a claim under any of these policies.
   
Bullet Question: How soon can you respond?
  Answer: We can normally give you a cost for your requirements within 24 hours. Short assignments can generally commence within a week or two, and longer ones by agreement.
   
Bullet Question: What standard of service can we expect?
  Answer: We pride ourselves on quality. All of our work is governed by ISO 9001 Quality Assurance procedures. According to Business Standards, the magazine of the British Standards Institute, we were the first organisation of our kind to achieve what was then ISO 9002 accreditation for the provision of health and safety training and consultancy services.
