Health, safety and environmental management is increasingly being linked together within organisations and this service has been designed to help clients to introduce a simple environmental management system into their organisation that complements existing safety systems. We can offer as much or as little support as you need, as the environmental management system is being implemented. Why use our ESP? 1. Initial audit to identify environmental outputs and compliance with legislation. 2. Development of an action plan, with targets to be met. 3. Production of an environmental policy, responsibilities and procedures. 4. Management training to an accredited standard (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health – Environmental Management Certificate). 5. Employee awareness training to help the company implement the policy and procedures (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health – Environmental Awareness Certificate). 6. Ongoing telephone advice and assistance via our help line. 7. Audit review at completion of first year, with development of ongoing plan. Our approach enables the initial status of compliance with environmental legislation to be established, and an action plan to be devised that addresses areas of highest priority. We will prepare your environmental policy and procedures, and empower your key personnel and staff to implement management systems themselves.
