Warwick Estates Proper Management Limited has been fined after a resident of Marsden House in Bolton died after falling down a lift shaft. BUPA care home resident died from Legionnaires disease

An inquest that was held this week in Chelmsford has been told how an 86 year old Grandfather, Kenneth Ibbetson, died from of suspected Legionnaires’ disease in 2015 whilst he was a resident at BUPA’s Hutton Village care home. Mr Ibbetson was taken to hospital in June 2015 where the doctors diagnosed him with pneumonia.

Alton Towers operator fined £5m for Smiler crash

Contractor not gas safe registered

Brian Winters of Hertford Road, Edmonton was found guilty of four charges of regulation 3(7) of the Gas Safe Installation and Use Regulations 1998.
