      The course will benefit anyone tasked with undertaking a basic stress risk assessment in their own department, and/or implementing controls, whether for the first time or to improve skills. This will typically include managers and supervisors and safety officers.

      By the end of the training the delegates will understand the key stressors at work and be familiar with common symptoms experienced by people suffering from stress. They will also understand the legal, financial and moral implications of occupational stress.

      Half to One Day (depending on client requirements). Course can be customised to include company procedures, systems of work and substances used within the organisation.
