  • Symptoms and recognition of stress, including health risks
  • Group exercises on identification of personal and work-related stressors and how these impact upon each other

  • What to do if you are suffering from occupational stress (company procedures, support and assistance available etc)

For all people at any level, to learn how to recognise the symptoms of stress and where to get help and support.

Delegates will understand the key stressors at work and be familiar with common health effects experienced when under stress. They will be able to identify work and personal stressors, and learn techniques to manage these more effectively.
