      The training course is suitable for supervisors and managers who are required to manage health and safety issues as part of their general responsibilities.

      By the end of the training the delegates will understand the key stressors at work and be familiar with common symptoms experienced by people suffering from stress. They will also understand the legal, financial and moral implications of occupational stress. They will be able to undertake a basic stress risk assessment in their own department or of an individual.
