      Our entry-level Working at Height course looks at the dangers of carrying out tasks where the risk of a fall exists. It assists in complying with the Working at Height 2005 Regulations and gives you an understanding of some of the risks, equipment and issues involved. Falls from height are the biggest killer in the workplace and with 33,000 injuries a year, safe practices are absolutely vital. The course looks at the dangers involved, the consequences of suffering a fall and how to best choose and use appropriate equipment.

      You only get one chance working at height. Make sure you’re correctly trained.

      This CPD accredited short course is in 4 sections and covers the following subjects:

      • Stats and the Law
      • The dangers of working at height
      • Medical descriptions & possible injuries
      • Employer and employee responsibility
      • Risk assessment
      • How to eliminate or reduce / minimise the risk
      • Steps, stepladders and ladders
      • Scaffolding, MEWPS and other equipment.

      There are 4 banks of questions which you will need to answer. Achieve the passmark and you’ll be able to move onto the next section.

      This course is accredited and endorsed by The CPD Certification Service. Once you’ve completed the course you’ll be able to immediately download a unique, personalized and endorsed certificate to keep with your records or to pass onto your employer.
